Baked to a traditional northern Italian recipe, these moreish crackers are deliciously crisp, light and thin. With their artisan, wavy edges, these crackers are known as “bolli”, meaning “stamps” in Italian. Try topping with cheese and fig jam or serve with dips. Great on their own as a light snack, or as an accompaniment to drinks. Suitable for vegetarians.
