Started in 1948, the World Health Organisation plays host to World Health Day on the 7th of April each year. The aim of this occasion is to educate and raise awareness surrounding a variety of different health topics.

With the last year being a tough one for us all, here are a few small ways to help you to feel healthier on World Health Day 2021…

Eat Healthy

We all know that eating clean is the key to feeling healthy, but who actually enjoys salad?
