What does Keto mean?

The Standard Ketogenic Diet may help to lower cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar levels, thus reducing the risk of heart disease. This change in blood sugar levels and the reduction of fat can also help to reduce the impacts of Diabetes.

Cognitive Health

With the body becoming more efficient at burning fat, it can supply more energy than usual to your brain, thus improving your cognitive health. Research has shown that by supplying more energy to the brain, your body can be more effective at repairing brain injuries, as well as decreasing the amount of damage done, should traumatic brain injuries occur in the future.
