And a Cosy Drink too
While the days get colder there’s nothing better than cosying up with a warm mug of tea or hot chocolate, or drinking from a flask to warm you up on your commute to work or dog walk before bed. Try Joe’s Tea Co, Proper Peppermint for a mellow but refreshing hot tea. Prefer something sweet and indulgent? Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake Recipe
Pumpkin Spice Season is back! We’ve developed this sensational protein shake with a delicious autumnal twist using TRIBE, Vanilla + Cinnamon Protein and a handful of other ingredients...
Ingredients:
- 15 g TRIBE, Vanilla + Cinnamon Protein
- 75 g Pumkin Puree
- 100 g frozen banana
- Pinch of ground allspice
- 100 ml milk / plant milk
- For topping (optional): Squirty cream and crushed gingernut biscuits
Method:
Blend all the ingredients, add more milk for desired thickness and top, enjoy immediately!
